Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the Kids for All Seasons program, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Organize and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, games, and creative projects for young guests.
• Interact positively with children and parents, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club facility and equipment.
• Adhere to all Four Seasons’ health, safety, and operational standards.
• Assist with registration, record-keeping, and communication with parents regarding their children’s activities.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both children and adults.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.
• Knowledge of basic child safety and first aid procedures (certification preferred but not always required).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
