Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in various finance projects and initiatives within the KOMPAN Group.
  • Support financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Learn and apply company financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with international teams on diverse financial matters.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
