Key Responsibilities
- Participate in various finance projects and initiatives within the KOMPAN Group.
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Learn and apply company financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with international teams on diverse financial matters.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
