Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and verifying client identification documents in accordance with KYC policies.
- Perform initial screening of new client applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all KYC requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and due diligence activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding-related issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes related to KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to ensure continuous compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A keen interest in financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
