Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for network and system-related incidents.
- Monitor network performance and system health, identifying and escalating potential issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems promptly.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for incident escalation and advanced problem-solving.
- Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and backup tasks.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
