Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 application incidents and problems promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with L1 support, development, and infrastructure teams for effective problem resolution.
- Execute scheduled maintenance, application deployments, and system upgrades.
- Ensure application performance, stability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document operational procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in L2 application support, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex application environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework, incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment.
