Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide Level 2 support for network incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems efficiently.
  • Configure, implement, and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Implement and enforce network security measures and protocols to protect data and systems.
  • Collaborate with L1/L3 support teams and other IT departments for effective incident management and project delivery.
  • Document network configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network operations, with L2 support expertise.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies.
  • Proven experience with network security devices, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and clear communication.
