Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product performance and identify operational issues proactively.
- Provide L2 support for product-related incidents and user queries.
- Execute operational processes and workflows to maintain product health.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of product operations and troubleshooting steps.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product operations, technical support, or system administration, preferably at an L2 level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management processes is a plus.
