Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Oversee the execution of research projects, data collection, and analytical processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lab technicians and research assistants.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize lab efficiency and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance lab capabilities and output.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a laboratory management or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, or information technology field.
• Strong understanding of lab safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues effectively.
