Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application solutions for Metrohm’s analytical instruments.
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training for customers.
• Develop and optimize application methods for ion analysis and near-infrared spectroscopy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Metrohm’s product portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytical chemistry and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Familiarity with laboratory analytical instruments and ion analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and training as required.
