Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, and work areas according to hygiene standards.
- Accurately record, analyze, and report all test results in a timely manner.
- Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Support senior laboratory staff in various analytical tasks and projects.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of products throughout the brewing process.
