    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in conducting routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
    • Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, and work areas according to hygiene standards.
    • Accurately record, analyze, and report all test results in a timely manner.
    • Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
    • Support senior laboratory staff in various analytical tasks and projects.
    • Monitor and ensure the quality of products throughout the brewing process.

    Requirements

    • Basic understanding of laboratory practices and safety protocols.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and recording.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
