Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead a variety of engaging land-based sports and recreational activities for guests.
- Actively engage guests of all ages, ensuring their participation and enjoyment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Develop and implement new and creative activity concepts to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain all sports equipment and activity areas, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Collaborate effectively with the entertainment and other hotel teams to deliver a comprehensive guest program.
Requirements
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for sports and guest interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse guest groups.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic and multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in animation, sports instruction, or a similar guest-facing role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage group activities efficiently.
