Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and detailed land surveys for various construction and development projects.
- Utilize advanced surveying instruments and software to collect and analyze spatial data.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other project documents to guide survey activities.
- Collaborate closely with design consultants, engineers, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Contribute to construction quality control and site verification processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably within construction management or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in surveying techniques, equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS), and relevant software.
- Strong understanding of land measurement principles, mapping, and geodetics.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for precise data collection and interpretation.
- Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
