Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveys for large-scale construction and civil engineering projects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using specialized software.
- Utilize advanced surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Collaborate effectively with project engineers, architects, and construction teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with local surveying regulations and project specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably within the UAE’s construction sector.
- Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment, GPS, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, practices, and legal requirements.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, topographical maps, and construction plans.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
