Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys for various civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Operate and maintain advanced surveying instruments including total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Process survey data, perform complex calculations, and prepare detailed maps and reports.
• Ensure all survey work adheres to project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with project engineers, construction teams, and clients.
• Manage survey crews and project timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
• Strong understanding of survey principles, methods, and geodetic computations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of local surveying regulations and standards in the United Arab Emirates.
