Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing efficiently.
- Operate all laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironers, according to safety guidelines.
- Inspect all items for stains and damage, applying appropriate treatments or reporting as needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized laundry area at all times.
- Monitor laundry supply levels and communicate shortages to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the hotel.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Basic understanding of laundry processes and equipment operation.
