Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive laundry operations including washing, drying, pressing, and folding of guest garments and hotel linens.
• Execute minor repairs and alterations on guest clothing, uniforms, and other fabric items with precision.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within the laundry and tailoring work areas.
• Inspect all processed items for quality and adherence to Hilton’s high standards before delivery.
• Efficiently manage guest requests for laundry and tailoring services, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
• Operate and maintain all laundry and tailoring equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of laundry procedures, fabric care, and garment handling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental tailoring and sewing techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic hotel environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/move laundry bags and equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
