Key Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold all hotel linens and guest laundry.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring proper use and safety.
- Inspect linens for damage or stains and report issues as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to guest rooms and various departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area according to hotel standards.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of laundry processes or a strong willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull laundry carts and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
