• Proven experience as a Lead Artist or Senior Artist in the entertainment industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional artistic skill and leadership.
• Proficiency with industry-standard art software (e.g., Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
