The Grand Ho Tram is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Bartender to join its vibrant team in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. In this entry-level leadership role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining an inviting bar environment, and assisting with the training and supervision of junior bar staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across the resort’s numerous bars.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the bar area at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to junior bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure a memorable bar experience.
- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and promotional activities.
