Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and development of composite structures for aircraft components.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of composite parts, from concept through production and maintenance.
• Ensure all composite designs and modifications comply with relevant aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct advanced structural analysis and testing of composite materials and assemblies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the composite engineering team, fostering technical growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering with a specialization in composites.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in composite design, analysis, and manufacturing, preferably in the aviation sector.
• Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN) and CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks).
• Strong knowledge of various composite materials, fabrication processes, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with aviation certification processes and airworthiness requirements (e.g., EASA, FAA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
