Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, procurement, and construction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BESS design and engineering.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex design projects.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, battery technology, and grid integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and simulation tools.
