Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility processes for international assignees and transferees.
• Provide expert guidance on immigration, taxation, and relocation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and external vendors to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain compliance with all global mobility regulations and internal company policies.
• Oversee efficient service delivery for all global mobility inquiries and issues.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements for global mobility programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in global mobility or international HR roles.
• In-depth knowledge of global immigration, tax, and relocation best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems and global mobility software.
