Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with significant leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, and dynamic work environment.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven recruitment decisions and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
