Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all mechanical aspects of steam turbine installation, maintenance, and upgrades in the field.
- Direct field service teams to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues on steam turbine equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all operations.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field technicians.
