Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
- Manage, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the software development industry.
- Strong understanding of various paid media channels and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
