Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of robust procurement quality strategies for offshore projects.
- Ensure all procured materials, equipment, and services strictly adhere to specified quality standards and project requirements.
- Manage comprehensive supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and audit programs for critical vendors.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to integrate quality control throughout the entire procurement lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the quality domain.
- Ensure stringent compliance with relevant industry regulations, international standards, and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement quality assurance or supply chain quality management, specifically within the offshore energy sector.
- Strong understanding of international quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, API, ASME).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing complex quality processes and teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful stakeholder engagement across different functions.
- Relevant technical qualifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
