Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Aura News, with a strong focus on the South APAC market.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver compelling product solutions.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Drive product adoption and user engagement by optimizing features and user experience within the Unity ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on content platforms, news media, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of the South APAC market and user behaviors within that region.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
