Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Engineer.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Minitest).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
