Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Minitest).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
