Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a preschool classroom, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Cadence Education’s philosophy.
- Foster a love of learning and encourage individual exploration and development in children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and educational regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Lead Teacher or similar role in early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing, fun, and educational environment for preschool-aged children.
