Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for user interfaces and user experiences across OTT, podcast, and short video applications.
- Develop and implement comprehensive UI/UX strategies and design systems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of designs.

Requirements
