Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing staff across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the creation of engaging training materials and e-learning modules.
- Help identify employee skill gaps and propose relevant development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on L&D activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a learning and development or HR role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic pre-opening environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/LMS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
