Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs and training initiatives.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development or HR role, preferably in education management.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and HR software.
- A proactive approach to identifying development opportunities.
