Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs for council staff.
  • Identify training needs and skill gaps across various departments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and online training modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development or HR role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and HRIS systems.
