Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective learning and development programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions for hotel staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate training records and manage learning resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and e-learning platforms is a plus.
