Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of various training initiatives, from needs assessment to delivery and evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs using data and metrics, making continuous improvements.
- Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and learning resources.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development program management, preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various delivery methods.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
