Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide concise summaries to senior legal counsel.
• Support legal due diligence processes for new projects and corporate initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to offer timely legal guidance.
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation diligently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough and accurate legal research.
