Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant local and international laws and regulations.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to management on corporate and operational matters.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, conducting internal investigations as necessary.
- Oversee data governance and cybersecurity compliance initiatives to protect sensitive information.
- Liaise effectively with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal and compliance management, preferably within the IT or data center industry.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian legal frameworks and international compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, discretion, and professional ethics.
- Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and verbal, is highly desirable.
