Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships through effective communication.

  • Prepare, draft, and format various legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
  • Conduct basic legal research and compile relevant information for ongoing cases.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files with strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively in a dynamic legal environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
