Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct thorough legal research on relevant financial regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Provide timely legal advice and support to various internal departments on operational matters.
- Ensure the company’s operations strictly adhere to local and international laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Support the legal team in managing potential litigation, disputes, and regulatory inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
