Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all contracts and business operations comply with local and international laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on contractual matters.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and termination.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks for the organization.
- Maintain an organized system for legal documents and corporate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal and contract management, preferably within the BPO or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
