Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on company operations and initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements with partners, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in the technology and finance sectors.
• Manage legal risks effectively and develop robust strategies for mitigation.
• Advise on intellectual property matters and data privacy compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on product development, marketing, and business expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably within the technology or fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and data protection regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex legal projects simultaneously.
• Admitted to practice law in Israel or a relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is highly advantageous for this role.
