Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals.
- Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
- Handle client inquiries and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems and records.
- Assist with billing processes, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal PA or in a similar administrative role within the legal sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
