Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with leisure activity planning, bookings, and recommendations.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or guest relations role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions, culture, and dining scene in Abu Dhabi.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
