Key Responsibilities

• Manage and curate the school’s library collection, including books, digital resources, and other media.
• Support students and faculty in research, reading, and information literacy skills.
• Organize and promote reading programs, literary events, and author visits to foster a love of reading.
• Maintain an organized and accessible library environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum and support educational goals.
• Stay updated with new literary releases and educational resources relevant to the school community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Librarian, preferably within a K-12 educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of library management systems and digital resources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students of all ages in reading and learning.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and stimulating library environment.
