Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in commercial development or sales management within the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle distribution models, dealership operations, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to leverage data and technology for business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on market adaptation and building long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable for effective collaboration across regions.
