Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
• Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and facilities.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Possess valid lifeguard and first aid/CPR certifications.
• Strong swimming abilities and physical fitness.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
