Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool area.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid and CPR as needed.
- Perform regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
- Educate guests on water safety and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly pool deck and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, Ellis & Associates) is required.
- Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Strong observation and vigilance skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
