Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of guests in and around the water.
• Prevent accidents and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Monitor the condition of the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Educate guests on safety procedures and potential hazards.

• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergencies.
