Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pool area to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations consistently.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
- Assist guests with any concerns or questions regarding pool facilities.
Requirements
- Current Lifeguard and CPR certifications.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent observation and vigilance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergencies.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
