Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and beach areas to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce all rules and regulations related to water safety.
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or accidents.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests.

Requirements

• Previous lifeguarding experience is a plus but not required.
• Current lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, Ellis & Associates) is preferred.
• Strong swimming and water rescue skills.
• Ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
